That is horrible. I have to say I have always done my own maintenance until this week's oil change. After reading your reply Ill probably go back to doing it myself. When I bought the car I knew that buying three changes was cheaper than buying one later and I wanted them to do the first one...

For those that have not taken delivery of their cars I would recommend buying the Ford Care oil changes. They work out to 43.33 plus tax. I just had my first one done and I was sure they would charge me for the additional oil over what a normal car capacity is but they did not.

That sounds familiar. I went in for a u-joint walked out with a 20' FP blue with black stripes as well. Love at first sight.
