I can possibly get a brand new unused nguage, but should i compared to the RTD+ now? Now that the RTD+ has the TDN and can just use my phone it seems like a good option. Do i need credit to use the nguage or just pay for a tune through PBD?

yeah ill have to get a test kit before i go the E85 route but i think from what i have seen our united E85 seems like 75-85%. ill get a local tuning device so tunes with E85 added on cost the following LUND - $550 PDB - $350

i have seen alot of people mod a sound tube to get whine out of the whipple.... But what about from outside the car doing drive bye can you hear a whine? Im keen on either a whipple or a procharger i know they are diffrent but i dont want my car to sound stock. thanks!
