I'm already over the issue. I appreciate America's Tire for reaching out to me, while I think things could of gone better I lost my temper on the phone which didn't help anything. Probably should of just said it's the holiday season and shrugged it off.
Yeah I was definitely toasty over the call, my only problem is over the customer service side of things. At this point I don't care enough to call or leave a bad review. I'll just go elsewhere when tire time comes again.
Yeah that's how I'm thinking too. Dude probably had to eat a ton of crow for that phone call. I'll let him sweat it out over the weekend and go in on Monday or Tuesday for it.
I'm kind of back and forth on it. On one hand the guy was an asshole over the phone, like not a professional ass, he raised his voice first. So I want to raise a stink over that, but then by Monday I probably won't care enough to call.
The manager just called me saying they found it, which is funny because he said it didn't have it when it came in. I usually don't get too angry over things, but he did use the word "liar" when talking to me pisses me off pretty quick. If it got lost I wouldn't of cared, just don't call me a liar.
So I brought my GT350's wheels and tires down to my local America's Tire because I don't trust tire shops at all after a previous issue on a truck. Anyway I have these chrome cobra valve stem covers that don't really mean a whole lot to me.

Selling my 2016 GT350 Track pack. Car has 38,XXX, but at 36,854 Ford replaced the motor under warranty. Motor was replaced 07/20. At 500 miles I changed the oil using amsoil and ford filter.
The car does have a few mods, but everything can be removed and returned to stock. (I kept everything)...
