Anyone have experience going through the buyback process in Oregon? My main question is if the reduction in value for mileage applies to a replacement, or only a refund. Reading the statutes, it appears to apply only to a refund.

Autotrader for me. I looked for a long time and finally found the right one ~800 miles away. Private party, car had 1,200 miles on it, meticulous first owner who had a few other cars. Flew out and drove it back.
Gotcha, not too far. Maybe you’ve been before, but if not, you’ll have to check out the cars and coffee at the World of Speed in Wilsonville. Usually a handful of Shelby’s show up when the weather is nice. I bought mine out of Utah in May of last year.
