Yep, make your settings once. Then future startups become a habit: Press start, then hit the Mode toggle up twice. I don’t even think about it anymore…

Those are settings on your iPhone, not the car.

Settings > CarPlay > [Car] > Allow CarPlay While Locked

Not regularly (I use the the CPLAY2AIR dongle), but when it does, I just force restart the infotainment system by holding power+fwd seek buttons and it kicks right in after rebooting.

That model is standard in the Bullitt. Car was purchased in Feb 2020 and cranking has been getting noticeably slower even though I had been maintaining with a trickle charger. It failed the dealer-performed load test today so they replaced it under warranty.

Does anyone know of a video comparing the sound of a Mach 1 to a Bullitt?
