I replaced rotors and pads with the Z26 kit in October and have been driving as usual (~500 mi/mo) since then. The initial bite with the OEMs -- which I liked -- is basically gone. That said, for a weekend driver (or even a daily driver) that is not put on the track, I think the Z26s are...
Okay now y’all are making me lean more towards Z26. Questions for those that use them:
Did you replace just the fronts?
Did you also replace the rotors with PowerStop rotors too? I have heard that you should always replace rotors with pads for the best performance, not sure if that’s true or...
Yep, make your settings once. Then future startups become a habit: Press start, then hit the Mode toggle up twice. I don’t even think about it anymore…

That model is standard in the Bullitt. Car was purchased in Feb 2020 and cranking has been getting noticeably slower even though I had been maintaining with a trickle charger. It failed the dealer-performed load test today so they replaced it under warranty.
I was thinking of buying the exact same setup — it looks awesome! I hate how the stock front wheels accumulate brake dust within one day of driving after a bath (making them look dull grey instead of gloss black). Do you find the gunmetal Shelby’s are a little more foregivong visually when they...
