No no! I emailed the service manager, then she called me. I’ve since called Ford Canada because the car is again very dead. More apologies, nothing can be done until June 29. Abysmal service IMHO.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve gotten the impression from this forum that the OE battery as provided by FoMoCo is not what you’d consider a premium piece.

The only weird thing happening is, the rear view camera doesn’t work even half the time. I suggested to them this might be part of the battery issue.
