I did have it changed and put the synthetic blend motor craft oil in it. This oil has never been in the car before though so we will see how it does. Matt

They also put a longer dip stick in that moves the low mark down, and overfill the crank case with oil :)

Write the date and mileage on the oil filter then take a picture once you have installed it. Keep the picture and you are golden.

Steeda chargers 6 hours labor. The guy I took it to was proud of himself and charged 7 though. He did a good job though so i didn't complain. Its a ton of work as you have to remove / disassemble the struts, lower the rear subframe etc. and have to do a quality 4 wheel alignment.

Just had the dealer change the oil. They used that synthetic blend swill in there and gave me a case of oil to keep in the back. Haven't had a car i needed to carry oil around in since I was in high school. Yes I did check the dipstick before i left and its right in the middle.
