How bout finding a magnet you could tie to some heavy string. I'm not sure dash can be taken apart to access the duct work without complete removal but again I'm not sure. Cardigan.com you can look through a manual. It's safe I've used it a couple times looking at wiring diagrams and trim removal.

O crap......a magnetic on a spring type handle will most likely be your best chance. Other than that it probably going to be major. Several treads about the ac evap core removal on here to give you a ideal. Good luck.

I installed the opt7 lights recently. No other mods to lights up front other than, fogs with high beams via forscan. No problems with the opt7's yet. Operation is as advertised.

After doing sound deadening in the back half of the car, realized I had some wind noise on the driver door glass. Today I adjusted the window and while I was in there... more sound deadening inside the door.

When you come out from the hotel and find you've been surrounded by wanna be's. At least I didn't have any door dings.
