I just did my write up on my chin spoiler. I went from that non-PP chin spoiler to a RTR knock off off Ebay. The part I used is listed as needed on the American Muscle site when you buy the RTR, Roush or either of the PP chin spoilers. Here is the link...
I've seen several guys ask about this so I decided to do a write up. When you upgrade your chin spoiler to the RTR, PP1, PP2, or Roush you also should upgrade your lower shield (Part # JR3Z-17626-B) as well. It’s the plastic piece the covers the underside of the car. If you don't, you will have...
Tinted my turn signals with 50% window tint film. I didn't want to go too dark so I didnt buy any of the tint kits from the online stores. I just bout a 10 foot roll of tint. I can use the rest on some of my house windows. I also didnt want to tint the fog lights at all so the pre cut stuff...
The performance pack 1 chin spoiler is the same as the regular GT chin spoiler. The performance pack 2 just adds a splitter below the chin spoiler. From what I have seen you have to get a new lower shield when you get the performance pack 2 splitter. Part# JR3Z-17626-B. You also have to get...
Can confirm that you need the PP1 belly pan/rock shield when you change to the RTR, Roush or PP2 Splitter. There will be small gaps on either side if you don't. You can also see the gaps if you watch the install video on the AM website for the RTR splitter.
I have the GT350R wheels from SVE. I didn't buy them, they were on the car when I got them. But with that being said I love the look. There is a small part of me that wants a set of the SVE PP2 replicas because I just love that style. But these really are awesome to. The quality is very...
I see. But still you should be able to estimate that two 4 ohm speakers where there were two 8 ohm speakers will create more resistance and pull more power from the amp. And although its common that aftermarket amps are capable and stable with that load. The factory amp is likely built as...
Actually per the wiring diagram in the sticky the tweeters are paired up with the 3.5" door speakers. The diagram labels them as "door tweeters". Also the tweeters (A-Pillar) and the 3.5"s are both listed as 8 ohms, which would be a 4 ohm load to the amplifier. I doubt the 6.5's in the door...
There is no plug and play option from my research. The closest you will get to plug and play is the following.
Maestro HRN-AR-F03 Harness to plug into the plugs for the amplifier.
Maestro AR Amp replacement module.
Kenwood XR600-DSP 6 Channel amp with Built in DSP
Total on all this will...
I haven't seen any posts about ohms on the factory amplifier about what it can and cannot handle. I know many guys who replaced their tweeters and 3.5" speakers in the doors with aftermarket speakers which are usually rated at 4 ohms. The factory speakers are both 8 ohms (4 ohm load) and on...
Got my $198 GT350 track pack spoiler in last night. Paint was in good condition. Glossy finish. Fitment was a a bit lacking. After centering on the 2 center holes the outside holes didnt line up very well. Had to drill out one of them but I got it on. Overall not too bad. Definitely better...
Hey Nevyn. I'm home now and I have started making you a template. But I need you to know that I cant make any guarantees on how this is going to turn out. Plus I'm in America so all my tape measures are in Inches not centimeters. Hopefully you have access to a tape measure with inches on it...
JLT makes a plastic cover.

I've been looking at this one...
Well I already pulled my stock spoiler off and installed a new one. Its a long story but the short side is the spoiler was cheap ($60) and off ebay, but it looked awesome. So the 2 holes where the pop pins go through the trunk were partially showing. Which sucked because the design of the...
Well to be honest the black roof kind kind of gets lost against darker colors. My 2011 was Kona Blue, and the black roof blended in from a distance and you really had to be up close to notice. On Magnetic its a little bit more noticeable. But to get the full affect you need either white...
