Installed on a 19 GT for about 1k miles - normal use, they have some scratches, but worked perfectly. I do have the bag of bolts and plugs.

The kit includes a cap - I never removed mine, just capped it. But you can remove it entirely.

I, personally, loved the Steeda Axle back + Steeda X... but my wife hated how awesome loud it sounded. Loved the SAB by itself, but the X just made it that much better.
