Hello i am trying to create my own stand alone wire harness for my 2015 mustang heated/cooled seats as they are going in my classic car. 1970 Firebird. I have already gotten my seat controls to function properly but i am struggling to get the thermal exchange devices (TED) to function correctly...
Has anyone been able to check the voltage required to function the heating/cooling portions of these seats so i can possibly wire my own rocker switches and bypass the large lcd screen??
would these voltages possibly be in the service manual recently shared? I skimmed many portions but it is...
NC GTier, would u be willing to make me a stand alone harness for my seats with the rocker switches? Provided we can use the rocker switches. For times sake I’m very tempted to just let u build it instead of me wasting time scratching my head.
Sounds good I’ll get to doing the trial and error approach lol do you have any recommendations on where i can order wire for my harness to avoid getting the generic stuff at Autozone.
Has anyone had a chance to check the resistance of the wires? If not then how do i do this myself? I haven’t started wiring yet but want to have all my ducks in a row before i ask more questions ha
Hey guys awesome info here, just wanted to say thanks for listing everything and i have a few questions i hoped you could help with. Similar to delox i am putting 2015 heated/cooled mustang seats in my 1970 firebird... had to modify my floorboard to fit them.
Regardless i was wanting some help...
