Gotcha then drive on! I've just been dealing with the headaches of an engine rebuild from RPG and wanted to spread some cation. I have done everything possible now and hopefully my car will be driving soon!
Careful with the phase 2 it blew my motor and everyone pointed fingers didnt end up getting covered under warranty, bigger injectors, vmp triple pass, and a new tune go a long way to helping that blower.
I have the flat stick Barton, and I went that way for a couple reasons. 1. Looks, I think it looks better than the stock look and way better than the mgw(my opinion everyone has their own preference). 2. Versatility, it’s my first stick car and I wasn’t sure if I’d like the transmounted way so I...
boosted with the barton hybrid 3 never had any lockout issues, I have a flat stick though idk if thats different from your issue.
edit: im also trans mounted and I track the car
I have a pp2 but wanted to run some gt350 wheels daily so I can keep track day tires on the pp2 wheels. I’m running 305/30 19 because I’m used to that from the pp2 wheels and I put 8 mm spacers on the rears to push them out a small bit. So far so good!
i just got my self a few new things i can't wait to put on
i got a dss carbon fiber driveshaft, dss half shafts, lethal performance lpxhd clutch, and a corsa extreme double h pip catback. I cant wait!
You'll have to update when you receive it, I had to go with the 18-21 premium one because the center mount option is the only one I think I can make work with the radiator for my super charger. hope everything goes well!
i have had some issues getting my zl1 addons tow hook in, i ordered it over a month ago and it still hasn't shipped, I've emailed several times but their customer service has been awful, i also commented this on one of their instagram posts and they deleted the comment. i would just be careful...
i did a couple things I painted the chrome rings around the performance pack gauges and the ac vents . I also put a Barton reverse lockout collar along with a Barton brass shift knob (pardon the Chrysler key in the background I was excited and just grabbed the set that had both keys on it)
I know it isn’t the most popular blower, but its what I got on my 2019 pp2. What upgrades can be done to bring a bit more power? I was thinking if that bbk 90mm throttle body fits, smaller pulley (probably a griptech), maybe some bigger injectors, and a tune from either Lund or pbd. Other than...
I installed a Barton two post shifter bracket and a steeda trans bushing (with a hole drilled to reduce NVH). The combo definitely still introduced some NVH especially in 1st and 2nd but I think the much clearer shifts are worth it.
when I did mine PBD gave me a base tune and I drove around on that for like a week and a half until I got the chance to data log for them and I didn’t have any issues. But obviously your experience me be different , and I would stay out of the power until I got a final tune.
I love the tune I got from Pbd for 91 and throttle body with 18 intake mani. The car ran great to begin with and I just did one set of data logs before it was finilazed.
