  1. Power Pack 2 Hot air intake

NO My CAI is directly from a used GT350 and not part of the Power Pack 2 kit. They are different in that regard. But I did close off that small opening with a small piece of pipe insulation not unlike the stuff you used. No, it doesn't.
  2. Power Pack 2 Hot air intake

A clear piece of Lexan, a 2'x2' piece of cardboard, a Sharpie marker, and a cheap hand-held jig saw along with 20 minutes of your time could have solved your issue.
  3. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Added a splash of color to the front of my five-ohh. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ford-2-pack-truck-car-domed-raised-3d-emblem-tag-chrome-adhesive-sticker/361372206851
  4. Need Advise on Next steps for Power on 2015 GT Manual

It depends on what model year. Some all-out, bold-on 2018+ cars might make 500 rwhp, and the '15-'17 cars are going to be somewhere in the 470 rwhp range. The 2018+ engines have more compression and improved cylinder heads which help them make 20-30 more HP.

Are you trying to accomplish this with a convertible? Your sig says '16 GT convertible.
  6. Off Road Headers, how bad is it?

So you have NO cats, NO resonator, NO mufflers...?? My god HTF can you stand it? I feel sorry for anyone driving in traffic within a mile of your car. WTF would anyone go with a set up like that?
  7. GT350 Air Box for GT, no tune needed?

Its the diameter at the MAF sensor location. If you change the diameter of the intake tube at the MAF sensor, then you do need a tune.
  8. Off Road Headers, how bad is it?

^^^^THIS Only I am running cat-deletes (not LTH), Ford Performance/Borla resonator, and Roush A/B's. Never any smells or fumes inside or outside the car whether I am on 93 pump or E85. I have read other threads where peeps talk about fumes/smells without cats and I don't know WTF they are...
  9. Need Advise on Next steps for Power on 2015 GT Manual

The Coyote loves more air due to the fantastic 4 valve heads. More valves means more surface area to move air through. A stock Gen 2 Coyote will live happily at 650 rwhp..., but the tune has to be on point, which isn't a problem with a well-known, well-respected tuner such as LUND, AED, PBD...
  10. The iron law of tuning (important)

GREAT POST...!!! I read every word of it. Great advice. Thank you

  12. 2015 GT Oil Dipstick & Strut Tower Brace

Use a hole saw and drill a 2" diameter hole in the strut tower brace directly above the dipstick. Problem solved.
  13. Unexpected Burnout

And the '70 Mach 1 is like my best friend's Mom who I desperately wanted to fuck during my HS years 35 years ago? I thought she was something else back 'n the day..., today, not so much. :lipssealed:
  14. 2016 Mustang GT Running rich?

Lime1GT is correct. I mislabeled it as an EGR valve. It IS the evap purge valve. I'll go back and edit my prior comments. Sorry for the confusion.

  16. More Ford Suckage!!

I've dropped a few sockets down that hole. Took me 10 seconds to retrieve them with a magnetic, extending, swivel-headed wand. To the OP, If this kinda thing jambs you up this bad, I highly recommend you stop working on cars. I would love to see this guy's level of frustration (and hear his...

  18. 2016 Mustang GT Running rich?

Evap Purge Valve failure is a well-known problem across the entire FORD product line, and it has been for many, many years yet FORD has made absolutely no attempt to redesign a substandard part. And they can fail at virtually at any time. I've replaced mine twice and I only have 7K miles on my...
