Yes sir! I think it definitely adds to the overall garage feel, and it’s very easy to clean up any oil spills when you’re working in the garage. I know folks will say you can easily do it yourself, but I’d hire someone to do it right and perfect the first time!
Sorry to hear your frustration and battles with Ford Customer Service. I know exactly how you feel when they were dragging their feet around getting my engine replaced. Luckily I had a reputable third party company (of which I purchased the car through) to directly intervene and forward my...
I experience no “throttle delayed response” with the corsa resonator delete. Definitely gives it more bite and is subtly louder... in an awesome way!!
I decided to go with the ZL1 Splitter protection because they look alot slicker and definitely more discreet. They feel extremely durable and if need be, I can easily replace the nuts as oppose to having to replace the entire SLIPLO product. The ZL1 splitter protection was very easy to install...
I drive mine around with the gurney flap on daily. I’m curious to see how much more efficient it would be for MPG with it off. I average around 13 mpg for my 50 mile daily commute (5th gear, intermittent stop and go, 65-75mph average). From the GT350 supplement below:
Unfortunately it was not, but I went ahead and replaced the front splitter because of a curb rash incident I had the other week. Also realized upon uninstalling the old one, there were definitely some screws missing. Very common for dealerships to install the splitter without going thoroughly...
of course, I must remind everyone here that this is just my technique and not a procedure specifically spelled out by the manual. The first hundred miles I consider is truly a critical phase during the break-in and it’s up to you to determine how you want to drive the car in the first hundred...
Damn, I’m glad you’re getting a new engine. And to answer most of your questions, some stuff I did while breaking in the engine and staying aligned with the owner’s manual
-First 1,000 miles, do not let the car idle too much, as soon as you start it drive her right away. And drive her easy off...
I was one of those unfortunate owners with a 2020 blown engine before its first oil change and went though hell to get my car back from the dealership. Any regrets from buying it? Hell no, that’s what the extended power train warranty is for.
If you’re hesitant about buying a GT350 because of...
Definitely some quality control issues with these cars being so nearly built so close to each other. Stevebas and Brmiller49 did they figure out what the root of the issue was with your motors? Brmiller49 I definitely understand your dilemma, but you haven’t even been able to own it post break...
Bought a 2020 this past year when I was 28. I figured I’d live young and fast for a bit before I get older and slower. My logic also behind splurging on this car was that I’d like to be a bit selfish before I start having a family. Treat yourself out now as long as you can live within your...
I drive my GT350 as a daily all year round in Washington State, 50 miles a day in the leather convenience package seat. Definitely comfortable and well worth it. You won’t complain with the non recaro seats, and getting in and out of the car will be less of a trouble.
