I got my GT used last year with 29k miles. I had noticed a bit of a rattle from the engine when cold, light throttle, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd gears, around 2500 rpm. The car was garaged for the winter and then with the pandemic I had not gotten around to getting in to be looked at. So three weeks ago I...
check this thread for the back up camera problem https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/attachments/mc-10153932-9999-pdf.369716/
as for the alarm, is it a factory remote start? the same harness that is causing the problem for the camera could possibly cause a connection concern with the trunk ajar switch.
yes it has a remote with two buttons one to open, one to close. if you press and hold for a second it opens or closes all the way. if you tap the button it will open 25% per tap. They also sell a "smart box" that is blue tooth controllable and GPS enabled. Check them out online https://xforceusa.com
What cold air intake are you running? if it is not supplied by Ford Performance the calibration / tune may not be compatible. Also what octane rating fuel have you been running, have you experienced any spark knock? When the engine was replaced did you replace the intake, or swap the old one...

I am seriously considering the X-Force Varex exhaust. Being able to have it quiet when needed would be a huge bonus, my wife hated my 97 Cobra with Flowmasters, I didn't like the drone with the top up. I recently bought my 2016 GT, the dealer had the Borla mufflers replaced and they had Factory...
What about X Force Varex, either the Catback which has a resonated x pipe and valved mufflers, or you could weld in just the mufflers, not sure if that would get you to the level you need. They also sell an engine back system with headers and cats. Both the Catback and engine back systems are 3"...
Code P0306 is a cylinder 6 misfire code, most common problem for that code would be an ignition concern. I would recommend replacing cylinder 6 coil and spark plug. Have you ever had the spark plugs replaced? If not replace the other plugs while your at it.
