It didn’t last at all. Followed the instructions and all. It was much easier to put on but w/in two weeks it wasn’t repelling the water at all. Didn’t even appear there wasn’t anything on it… probably some was. The 303 lasted me months and constantly repelled the water. Even after washing...
Really like the new Turtle Wax Hybrid also. Especially the wax and wash. I only have a small issue with the wash less version but I’m sure it’s me and not the product... get a little streaking.
Don’t bother with Chemical Guys... 303 and Raggtop, and I’m sure from the post above the Marine stuff are best. I used 303 on the MX5 and 4 years later looks brand new. Switched like an idiot and now I’m going back to 303.
Made an appointment for my first change next Saturday. A warning, which I’m seriously thinking of cancelling, I told the service rep 10 quarts and she came back and said no I was wrong it’s only 8 quarts. I repeated the model and year and she still insisted it was 8 quarts. Sent her a screen...
I
I love this stuff. My favorite of the set is the wet wax! I now use the wash (only issue is low suds), the wet wax when drying, and the 3 and 1 waterless spray for touch ups. I did also get the ceramic coating spray (green) too. After washing, claying, washing again then used it. Great...
I started using Mr Clean Magic Eraser and then use a clean waffle towel and wow. I’ll clean the window with a glass cleaner first and also wipe with the waffle micro fiber towel then the Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I was also having that streaking issue no matter what glass cleaner.
I’m 60 and this is what we were taught in the old days. You either had a 4x4 or rear wheel drive. I had more issues in North Texas with black ice that anytime in Kentucky.
This winter will be the first with the Mustang but I did the last 3 winters in my Mazda MX5. Also rear wheel and with all season tires. Kentucky isn’t too bad. Plus I have the luxury to work from home in the severe stuff. I have 20 in All Seasons now so we will see.
