Op you happen to find the problem? Have the same with mine. Quiet when the engine is cold but once the engine warms up and the rpms drop you can hear the chirpping. Already replaced the primary chain tensioners and still nothing. Can anyone help?

I noticed it about a week ago sitting in my garage and only 32,000 miles

First post on here but I really need some insight on this!! Can someone please tell me what is making my car sound like a diesel engine!? Sounds good on cold start but once warmed up and rpms drop sounds like a diesel! You can rev it and it goes away!?!?
