I’m jealous, but happy you’re not experiencing the rattling.
I did end up swapping the valves/tips that Corsa sent me and the rattling went away about 85-90%. It’s weird, but it will only rattle in Normal mode, which with the new sound, I prefer and think it’s a great combination of rasp and...
Appreciate it! Yes, I installed the spacers. I think the spacers are a must, especially if you want your eyes to get closer to that level set stance. I didn’t want to risk the rake being exaggerated or more apparent.
Beautiful combo. Wish I could have kept my 350. Can't agree more in how different they are and what you're in the mood for.
You're going to have a blast during track days in the 350.
Got the car out this weekend since the springs have settled and wanted to capture what the stance really looked like. I'll say, Steeda hit the nail on the head with ride height. I really didn't notice a "softer" normal driving sensation. If anything, I'd say they're slightly stiffer under normal...
Thanks man! I try to get out to some of the meets, occasionally.
I do miss the 350 from a sound perspective. I'm kind of underwhelmed with Corsa on the 500. Have to keep it in normal mode or else you feel like you enter the Silverado Glass Pack world at 4k RPM's.
This is clean. I might just...
Appreciate it! Only thing I really miss is the exhaust note. Knew I wouldn’t be replicating it 100% going the Corsa route, but if I can’t solve this rattle issue with the valve, back to factory she goes.
Right there with you. If I could’ve done it, there would’ve been no hesitation to keep...
After just over 4 years of ownership of the 350, a time came at the end of last year where I just wanted to try something different. After kicking the idea around for quite some time, I began to put some effort into searching the country for a GT500. Overall, I wasn't going to be too picky, as I...
Kind of a bummer that I've stumbled across this thread, reading about these issues. I purchased and installed Corsa on my GT500 about 3 weeks ago and the rattling is just straight up disappointing.
Lethal Performance tried to originally tell me that Corsa valves are subject to "naturally...
Turn vehicle on AC and put both the gas pedal and brake all the way to the floor. Both have to maintain on the floor throughout the entire sequence, don’t lift.
Once they’re on the floor, press the start button. The starter will initiate and the motor will crank, but the injectors are shut off...
Oh yeah, it was checked. Slightly above the fill mark, but in my opinion, nothing to be too concerned over. Was merely curious if I’m the only one that’s gone to 12 quarts and whether or not an extra 1/2 quart provides any substance of concern.
My dumbass gets distracted at the most inconvenient times and you'd think I'd learn at this stage in life, but here we are again...
Just picked up a (new to me) CGM '21 GT500 last week and head over to a buddy's place today to throw her on the lift and change the oil. Have gone through about 4...
Alright, I've been bugging Terrance way too much and wanted to see if I could get a little help from a Photoshop expert.
I've got a Carbonized Gray Metallic GT500 that will be in my driveway tomorrow (WOOP!) and I'm starting to lean towards the SV302. Could anyone match the inner spoke of the...
For sale is a 2017 Shelby GT350. I purchased this car back in August of 2018 from a collector with a hair over 1,000 miles on the clock. During my ownership, this car has been mechanically flawless. Oil changes have been made every 3,000 miles, regular washes/detailing (2 bucket, foam canon...
