This may be a dumb question. But I took the rain tray out day one and never put it back in. Do you guys just put it in for washes? Do you run the car with it in most of the time?

I don’t know, the forged looks cool unpainted. Lambo started the trend as they were the ones who developed it and had it unpainted on their vehicles. I’ll make it easy and just get both. I’ll never be able to make up my mind between the two.

In that case if they have the skills maybe render the matte versus gloss forged CF as well.

This looks great. Works well on white. I would continue it on the hood, but personally I would lose the rocker stripes.

a quarter turn option would be great. 4 quarter turn bolts would make that thing so easy to install and remove for washing.

throwing this out there as you are in the design/prototype phase. It would be great if you could fabricate an integrated mount for a quick release of the rain tray. replacing each of the rain tray screws just to wash the car and then removing them again is a pain. I don’t want to do the magnet...
