A nearly brand new Mustang GT premium convertible's interior (with 3K miles) should not creak and sound like a beat-up rental. At $50K, one expects the same quality as a MB E class or BMW 4 series (both cost the same at approx 50K).

As in the plastic tonneau covers scar, or the roof is scarred by them? I haven't even taken them out of the plastic bags they came in when I bought the car (Never put them on).

Yup - you are spot on/right. The spots have all disappered, and the top looks perfect; infact I think it looks cleaner. As @Intrepid175 said - Patience is needed for the 303 stuff to fully dry out.

Put 303 on the convertible roof yesterday afternoon... poured it into a small pan, and used a horsehair brush to apply it carefully. Didn't bother to spray it given the feedback on this thread... Had no issues with overspray or uneven application - but ended up using the entire bottle. Overall...

haha yes.. took a bit of courage to have the dealer do this (this is in Medellin, Colombia). I couldn't find a decent detailing shop here (I am still a bit new in Colombia. And would get gringo pricing anyways).
