Pin 9 passenger main connector goes to pin 4 connector c215 at the passenger kick panel. Before you do that, ensure there is a hot in that pin 4 coming from fuse 14 engine fuse box. See pics

The pin is written next to the wire at the edges. 9 is under pin 1, the empty big hole... your seat connector probably has a wire on the other side

You have pin 1 and 8 for the seat power, but you're missing pin 9 which is h/c module hot. You will need to add a hot to pin 9.

If donor car has memory, then they will not move. You will need to bypass the memory module, which I explained in the main thread. See if that helps.
