I'm also going the same dates. The welcome reception was canceled. I haven't heard much other than the e-mails I've received which I'm sure you got as well.
I just bought a 19' GT350 through Kelly Ford last year and did an oil change with them before I put it away for the winter. In terms of service, I think it all depends on who you get. They did an OK job. When they pulled the oil filter, it's in a tough spot, and some oil got onto the plastic oil...
I agree, I wish we could control the valves when in 6th gear. I did figure out that once you hit the magic number of 90 mph, the valves open up again when in 6th gear. I haven't tracked my car, and probably won't, but does anyone know if the valves stay open if you're in Track Mode when in 6th?
Hey, not sure how far you're willing to travel, but I've have had Danvers Hand Wash and Detail ( https://www.danvershwd.com/ ), do my F150 and also my 2019 GT350. They do amazing work, and they work on some really nice cars (Ferrari's, Bentley's, etc). I had my GT350 ceramic coated (sliver...
Congrats Mark! Glad to you can finally enjoy your new ride. Can't wait to see some more pics of it and what you decided to do in terms of protection and modifications once you get over the thrill of finally have it. Cheers!!
Wow journalism at it's finest. I think the whole "article" was 3 sentences. Hard hitting investigating by that reporter I tell ya. Cars were probably "stolen" because some idiot left the key fob in the car. Not exactly hard to steal if the key is in the vehicle.
I did see this article the...
That's fantastic news! It's on its way and you'll get to see it in person soon. It might feel like the last Shelby, but even it is, at least it's yours! Wohoo!!! I'll be counting down the hours with ya, can't wait to see some pics.
Hey Mark, just came across this thread and wanted to throw my two cents in. I agree with Bill, doesn't make sense to jump ship now. I was in the same boat as you. I ordered mine late March, and it was delivered to the rail yard lot at the end of May where it sat for 3 months, and I finally got...
Sorry everyone, I just noticed the privacy of the album was on private. I changed that so click on the link again and you should see the pics as I put it to members only. If there is a better way to embed a picture into a post let me know.
Hey everyone, so when I picked up my vehicle (finally), the manager told me that the hold up was due to to a single torque screw for the reverse lockout. He said that his mechanic researched and found a TSB about it. I asked for a copy of the TSB but don't have it yet. Anyway, the car is...
Thanks for the feedback, good to know. Here's a picture of it at the dealership. Still needs to be cleaned and finished, but looking pretty good.

The light at the end of the tunnel has come. It’s here!!!!!!! I got the call from my rep on Saturday that it arrived at the dealership. I went over on Sunday to give her a good look over to make sure everything was in order and do the paperwork. I’ll be picking it up on Wednesday and couldn’t be...
Hey, just checking in to see if anyone has heard any positive news about their vehicles or if things are status quo? My sales rep forwarded me an e-mail saying the "Quality hold was lifted on July 11, 2019 and I'm sure your vehicle will be scheduled soon." (scheduled meaning delivered soon)...
Thanks, when the sales rep called me two weeks ago to tell me it's no longer on hold, they said it was hot tagged. Guess their definition of priority is different than mine.
So I still don't have a vehicle yet, and have no ETA when it will be shipped to the dealer. I've been trying to get a hold of my sales rep all week but I think he's avoiding me because he has no new information for me and has no idea why it's taking so long to get from the rail yard parking lot...
That's correct, here's what it says on the Ford Handling Manual: "For Haulaway, Shelby GT 350 and 350R loading is restricted to only 3 positions on the BOTTOM deck in the reverse position only. No top deck loading in any direction."

It's been over a week since I was told my car was no longer on hold, and that it should be shipped to the dealership very soon. Ya, still waiting. The dealer told me they marked it as a "hot" item or something like that meaning it should have priority to be shipped ASAP. I'd like to know what...
I haven't seen it, but spoke to my sale rep a few days ago. He told me that there is no longer a "hold" on my vehicle and that it should be shipped to the dealership at some point soon. They were told it was being held for a final inspection that was missed at the factory. I'm not holding my...
