I just had my 2015 replaced with the Ford GT500 aluminum covers. The kit came with new bolts gaskets and new oil cap. Was around $300. I did try to tighten the blots first, it worked for few days but then started to leak even worse. My installer said the original plastic covers were warped.

Running flex tune will not hurt your car, it was designed to switch between 91/93 and e85 mid stream. You will not get as much aggressive timing like in dedicated e85, but will work well . After filling tank with e85, and switching to flex tune, did you wait and idle car for 10 minutes revving...

From a cost savings point of view it is basically a wash, at least here in Long island New York...it is definitely more fun though, you can feel the power and torque comes up early in the rpm. But also a pain to fill-up gas more often...if you have the extra money burning in your pocket do it...

Expect to get around 30% worst mpg on E85. I would not use E85 as daily, as it requires more cleaning maintenance on engine. This is my experience reading on and using E85 myself.
