I have the first one I prototyped on my own car. I also have the 80mm GT throttle body. The adapter is not as clean looking as the ones I sold to other people.
I took it off my car before trading it in.
It will allow you to mount a 80mm Gt throttle body to the v6 manifold. What year is your car? There is some compatibility issues with 2017 and later TBs. There is a good thread in the v6 forum that goes into all the details.
I've rustled up some more material so I'm going to be making some more of the GT throttle body adapters. Production is going to be slow, but I'll do my best to kerp up. Don't forget, you need an 11-14 GT unit. The 15+ ones don't work.

The bolt threads for the headers are:
Header Engine Studs - m8x1.25
Collector Flange Stud - m10x1.5
Engine Stud Nut - 13mm deep socket
OEM Engine Stud - 5mm socket
Flange Stud Nut - 15mm deep socket
Gasket - Felpro MS97361
I was able to reuse all my engine studs even though 8 of the 12 pulled...
GT brakes uograde all the way around on my peppy little v6. Pro tip... Makes sure the inner bleed valves are closed on the front calipers when you check the pressure.
