So we can close this issue out.
My sct bdx completely freaked out before the holiday, set off multiple errors communicating via obd2. Would not upload any tunes to the vehicle.
Worked with sct this morning. They updated the device as well as a few recovery files they saw weāre corrupted...
Issue fixed. PMI which controls all modules needed to be reset and flashed. This took the limiter off
Now if I upload the tune and have the same issue occur, I know for a fact it is the tune.
Closed for now but Iāll report back if the tune creates the same issue again.

Judy you are correct- spoke with sct this morning. I returned to stock prior. I can tune up to 5 vehicles but not at the same time. Unlock only required in the event pcm is flashed with tune on it.

Yep stock file is back on with 91 pump gas. However Iām being told Iām still going to need an unlock file for the sct bdx unit after the pcm is reflashed??
With the help of zerocool5.0, taking to a dealer tomorrow to see if the reflash pcm fixes the issue.

no update or new news> Ive been working non-stop and have not had time to drain the e85 and return to stock...honestly going past 80MPH is not in my agenda, however it is an issue for me overall

looks my option at this point is to await the findings of SCT, and drain the current e85 from my tank, and return to stock. CA dealers are notorious for frowning on aftermarket upgrades (my 2017 kia is still waiting a warranty claim in the shop for a new trans after...
