This is incorrect. S starts as auto until you hit a paddle. Even then you can put back in auto by holding right paddle.

Hold the right paddle down and you will re-engage auto mode. If you are downshifting and want to switch to auto simultaneously, hold the left paddle down, then click and hold the right down while left is still held down.

One criticism I have of the tune is the shift point is way too high. Maybe its for people who like revving high regardless of the minimal gains but honestly for performance reasons I would set the shift point right around 4750. Absolutely no higher than 5250... this 6000 shift point is...

I am starting to think I should prioritize Meth since I live in Arizona and limited to 91 octane...

How is the lagginess with the NX2 compared to stock? With stock downpipe does it suck down low under 3500?

How was the tuning process with CP-E? I am considering this route.

I have not heard of the RS revving faster, is this the tune or a difference the crankshaft? Something else?

Not manual but... Dyno with ATM intercooler in 95-100F temp with A10, 290 whp.

I never saw a restore file or anything like that. If the PCM file has FP in the name you are good to go.

take a base Eco, $4k built short block + $3k turbo + bolt ons = 400 to 450 whp. Compare to HPP with 290 - 300 whp.... similar price.

@dnldwd Nice! I do recommend shopping around different Ford dealers for the install to compare prices. Prices can vary wildly. I’m about 4500 miles post tune and not a single transmission herky jerky incident.

Yes I’ve asked FP and they have said no plans for 2018+ support. The throttle body itself is not anticipated to add any HP gains unless we are talking high HP builds with big turbos.

Are there brands that have consistently better 91? I’m in Arizona but I always see CA and AZ grouped in the same bad fuel group.

Those are hot weather numbers? Quite a difference :)

Does the NX2 turbo have better hot weather performance compared to stock?

The scales aren’t equal but it appears HP and TQ will cross at 5252 like they should. It’s just atypical scaling.
