They are physically a little different and they may not fit the Mustang brackets, so don't want to take that chance. I found some Mustang sensors by narrowing my search to "Mustang EM2Z-14C689-A" - funny how with just the part number you get everything except what you're looking for. Thanks.
Removed mine with a $10 kit from Ebay. Big improvement in attenuating the clicking and clacking probably mostly from direct injection on the '18. Was kind of a pain getting that nut on the firewall off since the stud seems like it's an inch long and it's pretty crowded in there - but doable...
