Well, I grabbed a new idler pulley from the local parts store and it clears like it should! Put the new green belt on and it seems to be ok. now I need to continue to monitor some false knock issues I'm tracking down, like some others on here :( Thanks again Tommy for the help! Chris

It's a GenII , 2015 motor

Thats interesting, my idler pulley is metal. It's a Ford Crate motor, I wonder if that came with a different one than an S550. I talked to Procharger and they are sending me out a new idler shaft to be safe, but I think I need to look at grabbing a idler pulley locally and seeing how that fits.

I just had the same issue a couple weeks back. Made a pressure tester, found the it leaking pretty significantly from the sensor. Used some black rtv and it seems to be holding fine. I searched high and low for that stupid little square gasket separate, same results as you.
