Good luck with your search. I have a 16 whipple with 14k miles on it but it’s an auto and I couldn’t come in anywhere near 25. Where in Maryland are you located? I know a couple but I don’t know if they can hit that 25 mark either.

I have a whippled 16 with only 14k miles on it. But it’s an auto.

I’ll have one sometime over the winter. I think I’m going to get their new H pipe and install over the winter. I however don’t have a time frame in which I’ll do this. It could be next month or March.
