    A random thought is it could be the limited slip. They can groan or chatter, I notice you have the car turning in an arc and you mention coming out of turns- that's when you might notice this. Factory diffs really shouldn't do that though. Does it make the sound in a perfectly straight line?

    It looks like there are two slight impacts in the metal itself in the effected area? Like two pinpoint sized divots? Maybe it was previously damaged by something else or maybe the factory painted over that blemish in the fender and it was vulnerable from that pre-existing damage.

Oddly enough mine developed an intermittent BBQ tick @45k miles- but I've also been tuned since the get go and have many hundreds of track passes on mine, so I accept responsibility for it.     Another vote on the Shaftmasters ALU. I've had mine on for a bit now, 100's of track passes and ten's of thousands of highway miles. They seem to stand the test of time. Not the same platform I know but might be good feedback....

    I personally think "snake oil" additives are a BS band aid solution. I know this particular one has wide acceptance here but none the less. Hard to imagine Ford put Z-max (more snake oil) in and documented that? WTF??

    ^^This. There would be no reason to go back for more, just bail. If I ever got burned that many times by the same company I'd never buy one of their products as long as I live. There are plenty of choices, just move on.
