these multiple 2nd engine ticks, rattles etc. pretty much rules out the theory of a bad batch of engines from late 2017 or early 2018.

Will a 1/2 can ceratec severely discolor 10 qts of oil? i'm asking coz the dealer mechanic might question the color of the drained oil during mandatory 6 months oil change.
