Thanks el-guapin, I used both together and got the generic Ford logo on shutdown. 2019 Bullitt running Sync 3.3, I gotta believe you have something different than me.

Got it swap out, What worked for me after I got the pliers locked on as I pull down on the pliers to pull it off the top. Rather than reach my hand up at the top of the spring and try and move it where there isn’t much room to get your hand

I'm having a Hell of a time locking on to that spring, The simple fixes always seem to evade me, I always over think the problem. Thanks

Remove 3 bolts with a 10mm socket, slide it away from mounting. I put mine in 10min, there is still a frame you have to reach around, it's a little tight.
