Hey neighbor! I'm a little north of Atlanta so not too far from Woodstock. And holy crap I had no idea Blowfish Racing was shut down. I guess if you want to improve the shifter you need to go with a short shifter now. Their bracket made a world of difference... what a shame.
I see quite a few...
Just stumbled upon this thread so I guess you can add me as well.
Ordered through Pioneer Ford in Bremen, GA on April 11, 2018 and delivered on August 22nd.
2019 Mustang GT Fastback in Kona Blue with Performance Package Level 2, 301A, Active Valve Exhaust, and black cloth Recaros. Didn't...
I can vouch for replacing your rear axle fluid with 75w140 to solve the common overheating issues on track. I happened to pick Motul CompOil and experienced no issues in my three 20 minute sessions at Atlanta Motorsports Park. I plan to bring it on Road Atlanta next month which will be the real...
Yeah, I don't really know either. But that was literally all that changed so I figured it was worth mentioning :D But one thing I heard recently which may make more sense is a bugged throttle position sensor or something related to it. Today I was driving back from work and noticed something...
So quick update. I could reproduce the problem of excessive rev hang in the 3>4 shift about 50% of time leading up to my first service with the dealership with or without rev matching turned on. But during the day or two beforehand and on the way over to the dealer I couldn't reproduce it at...
That's terrible. The digital cluster is so cool but I ultimately passed due to cost. I hope they can figure it out.
Welcome to Atlanta! I've had my PP2 here since August and it's not as harsh as you may be expecting on most roads. I live in Roswell and the tram-lining effect of the wide Cup 2s...
I have the exact same problem with tons of rev hang above 5K RPM when shifting into fourth gear. Same car too - a '19 PP2. Thing is though I only started noticing it about a week ago and it's been totally fine for the first 3,500 miles or so. In my case at least, it wasn't always like this and...
No regrets with my Kona Blue! :D
I haven't taken any good shots in a while because I can never keep myself out of it long enough to take them. These were taken on top of the mountain I had just decimated.
I picked up mine 2 months ago and just crossed 3,000 miles last week. I am blown away and in love with the way this thing handles and have only a few complaints that don't really detract from the overall experience as a whole. And I too have never seen another one outside of a Gridlife event...
*waves*
My first Mustang and only the second new forum I've joined in over a decade. Glad to be here! I picked up this GT PP2 two months ago and have been absolutely hooked. I'm at 3,000 miles already lol.
I had to join this forum after I learned I wasn't the only PP2 owner looking for a good A/S setup.
I think I'll be doing something similar to OP by getting a second set of wheels for it all together in a square 19x10 setup. I haven't fully decided on the tires yet though: the Michelins, BFG...
