Check your tire pressure. I have the same set up as you. My tires were over-inflated when I took delivery, the ride suffered until checking the pressure....what a change it is now. I find it very comfortable and compliant.

I had the same issue. Dealer did a software update which completely solved the problem. Now it is buttery smooth shifting P,R,D and also while driving, especially downshifts.

The 2018 Stangs have double note horns. It is unfortunate for 2019 models Ford went to single note. Also, 2018 automatic shift lever indicators(PRNDS) is illuminated whereas 2019 models are not. All cost cutting measures one can suppose.

The base audio system is lacking, but you will find, I think, the same problem with the rear speakers in upgraded factory systems; they are tuned to behave this way. Rear speakers act as a filler or just add ambiance. So, it comes down to preference.
