  4. Whose redesign is better Corvette or Mustang?

corvette did not have a task of looking classy and modern at the same time. on the opposite, they dropped some of their signature features. so, 15-17 mustang wins imo.
  5. BBQ Tick Solved?

I wonder if knock sensor is fooled by the rod/piston/whatever sound and is retarding ignition. That would mean engines with this issue might not be producing advertised power.
  6. Article: The Ford Mustang Performance Pack Two Is What Happens When You let Engineers Tinker

“We were just like, ‘Hey, that GT350R rear diff cooler, I wonder if that thing would fit on the car?’” I wish :)
  7. Another engine bye bye

Or even check gt350 piston slap clips. It sounds like rattle that you can hear inside car. Tick is heard from outside with windows down and some reflection on the side.
  8. Another engine bye bye

Seems like < 2017 cars have a tick that is more likely is a rod bearing related. 2018+ also have some poston related issue. It is important to distinguish those. Tick sounds like bbq tick and piston issue is more like rattle as far as I heard clips. Correct me.

I searched for a word "piston" in the link and only found that pennzoil cleans them better What I was more interested to know was why motorcraft chose to state at the bottle that their oil helped prevent piston damage. Kind of damage some 18+ owners happen to have.

  16. Post bbq tick users. WHICH OIL?

  17. Post bbq tick users. WHICH OIL?

Here on shelves we have 0w20 non professional edge how is it different?
  18. Post bbq tick users. WHICH OIL?

Interesting, that in two out of 3 cases MC 5w20 in the collection above is initial (factory) engine's oil based on car's mileage. And it looses viscosity from 8.5 to 7.3, which is a lot. But initial viscosity is asumed as 8.5 and (i think) is based on off the shelf oil bottle. How would they get...
  19. I Friggin' Love My Car

    Very nice color.
  20. I Friggin' Love My Car

I was hugely attracted by grabber blue, but as shopping for car price was taking its time I started thinking that I should get something darker and ended up getting lightning blue. But still think grabber blue with black top would be very nice combo. If they had nightmist blue - that would be...
