Plug size is 30mm Rubber Blanking Grommet.
For once the benefit of RHD for us Aussies made removing the Symposer on my 2017 GT (Premium) easy - as the steering rack is not in the way, and big gap to access from underneath. (It's a different story for changing the oil filter though - RHD...
If it is still the original battery it is probably totalled. The OEM ones supplied by Ford are total rubbish and rarely last more than 2 years. I had similar problem.
But the good news is that your Ford dealer is probably the best source of a replacement - as they supply Century batteries here...
Wiring loom to boot is known problem - did they fix it under warranty? More detail is in this issue of the MOCA Vic Mustang Roundup magazine - Page 43

I checked with my Ford dealership recently in Berwick VIC and they quoted about $219 for a replacement at least 590CCA. And they told me Ford Aus have just changed brand to use Century. (didn't need one as I got my OEM one working again so didn't actually see a battery.)
Try Speed Box app on iPhone to benchmark your speedo against GPS speed. Try and do it at a constant speed on the freeway (100kph is good) when the skies are clear to ensure you get maximum satellite pickup for the GPS.
Your speedo should read (correction) more than the GPS speed. If not it is...
Just buy the Motorcraft filter (FL-500S) from the Ford dealer service department. From my other thread on 2017 Mustang it appears they are cheaper anyway at less than $10.
If you want to double check on SuperCheap use their "My Garage - Select your vehicle" option. Once you have found your...

Obviously I did misunderstand. I haven't seen any information in my searches that suggested that the small filter is fitted on all Coyote engines (LHD and RHD) at the factory. Where did you get this info from?
I couldn't find anything that said Ford replaces the factory fitted filter for RHD with a FL-500S on first service. But obviously this is happening.
But you've got to ask yourself the question of why Ford's engineers would go to all the trouble of speccing and using a different filter on RHD...
Generally, for changing the brake fluid you use a large syringe (available from SuperCheap) to remove the old fluid from the reservoir and replace with fresh. Then bleed the brakes (longest line first) until you see clean fluid. Keep on topping up the reservoir to ensure it doesn't run dry and...
Interesting. Whoever did you last change used a filter from LHD spec (presumably a Ford dealership given the Motorcraft part).
Here is the comparison of the FoMoCo filter on my 2017 from new, versus the Z928. The FoMoCo filter is exactly the same size as a Z663.
Nice to know the Z928 fits...
It's not easy to change the filter. You need to access it from the passenger side wheel-well over the frame-rail. The normal oil filter inspection flap is useless on RHD cars.
Get a large zip-lock bag and place it over the filter before unscrewing it to stop oil going everywhere.
Someone on a UK site did the groundwork based on dimensions and matched to Mobil 1 M1-113 - on this page https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?18591-EdwardBs-Mk4-8674-20th-Anniversary-Build/page2&styleid=2.
This matched to Ryco Z663. I then went to Repco and compared and it was exact...

EDIT 1/6/2019
After reviewing posts to this thread on this and another forum it has been stated that Ford fits a smaller filter (to save money) to all LHD and RHD S550 Mustangs, and then...
For anyone interested - I just happened to check out Costco Tyres today as they mention they do Michelin on their website (as long as you are a Costco member).
Quoted for stock size Michelin Pilot Sport 4S:
- Rear 275/40/19 $495 each fitted and balanced
- Front 255/40/19 $496 each fitted and...
