I remember my mom's edge making that kind of a noise before, it was whatever you call the part of the HVAC system that switches which vents blow out air. It got stuck and would only blow air on the feet until it got fixed.
I agree that the GT500 is going to be much much heavier but we are talking Hellcat vs stock V8 Camaro/Mustang HP difference here. And I still think a Hellcat with two fat passengers is going to win the race provided it hooks up.

So I've been really considering doing headers and maybe a 2018 manifold on my car, but after my nightmare suspension install I don't trust myself to do the headers in a reasonable amount of time.. What shops do you guys recommend for the performance work?
I have 295 nitto invo's on some different wheels and before I did all the suspension locking it still stopped hopping near as bad. Really anything that isn't those stock Pirelli's will give you what you want.
As long as it makes you happy that's what matters. No mod is a bad one if it makes you happy. Also with the Ecoboost you get all the cool pops and bangs.
