  1. Anyone still waiting for their export market Bullitt?

Yep - Im still waiting. Like you, paid the deposit months before many of the other cars that have since been delivered. I now have a build date of 27th April. I dont appreciate being treated like a mug by Ford. They have sold to numerous flippers in the UK, there are currently at least 3...
  2. Does the US Bullitt have the leather wrapped centre console?

From your post above, have you made the stitching parts bold as they are also missing? So is there no green stitch on the doors/shifter/console etc??
  3. Does the US Bullitt have the leather wrapped centre console?

It will only be a Bullitt light when compared to a US spec Bullitt. UK Bullitts are what they are. Misinformation is not unique to this model or manufacturer in my experience either. Ive found misinformation on Range Rovers, Ferrari & Audi. I check that the bits of the spec as written are...
  4. BULLITT door sill...do they illumined?

Indeed it is, Ive known it in the past on other marques. Im fairly sure the wiring will be there, but "where" exactly remains to be seen. It is likely in the floor tray somewhere, and its whether the sill illumination is connected inside the sill itself, or in a more accessible location on the...
  5. First Australian RHD Bullitt Landed

Thought the green stitching was only on the recaros, can't be 10% but they look like the standard leather seats and there is no mention of recaro on the window sticker.
  6. RHD Bullitt tower strut brace

If there are pictures of RHD cars without the gauges and strut brace, then my bet is that they will not come with them. The tooling to make centre gauges on the RHD Bullitts will have been deemed too expensive, so no gauges for any RHD cars. Also, in Europe Ill bet that the strut brace would...
  7. Sad Day

I used tootle to sell my RS6, sold within a couple of days for the right price and went really well. Apart from the sad bit when your toy gets driven away. It was foggy when mine went and I was driving back to work after the sale, the last I saw of it was the rear lights dissapearing into the...
  8. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

I believe (im sure others will correct me if Im wrong), that the reason for power drop on RHD cars is down to the necessity of a smaller bore down pipe from the exhaust in order to avoid fouling other items in the engine bay when the steering is moved over to RHD.
  9. BULLITT door sill...do they illumined?

Whats the chances of the wiring loom still having the spur for the lights in the sills? If so, I can see me taking the sills apart and getting the parts to add the lights in.
  10. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

As far as I can see, there are no option packs for right hand drive vehicles that would add gauges to the car, so it would just be for the bullitt. However given the relatively low number of bullitts they will be making in right hand drive, to also set up the tooling for a dash panel for RHD...
  11. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

That would suggest the gauges are not going to make it onto RHD vehicles. And Ill almost bet my shirt that if EU cars dont have the strut brace it will be due to pedestrian safety regulations and how much deformation is required in the bonnet (the hood for our friends across the pond) before...
  12. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

Just had a mail from Karen at [email protected], no date or Vin yet, so I guess my order hasnt made it through as one of the first ones. If thats the case Im in two minds whether to cancel if its going to be a while, I can justify the man maths of the extra for the bullitt if at least its a bit...
  13. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

Yes, for quite a large dealership (the largest to open in Europe apparently), they seem to be a bit in the dark on obtaining information. I was advised that it should be one of the first ones, but as others are being built and I cant even get a VIN for mine, then thats looking unlikely. Ill...
  14. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

Thats who I contacted, and was told there was no build date allocated yet.
  15. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

Ive got nothing but the order number so far, I was hoping by now that they would have had the VIN, do I need to prompt them where to look? Ive mailed the states with the details, but they have advised they cant provide any details on the bullitt orders yet as they had not yet allocated build...
  16. Bullitt to Europe confirmed?!

Biffboff, what info did you get from your dealer in order to get the window sticker? Ive asked several times for my Vin, but got nowhere, I do have the order number and the dealers code, but cotus draws a blank on that (dealers code I have is too long for cotus, so i try trimming it in various...
  17. UK order for 2019 Bullitt gone wrong....

I know, sounds crazy, but thats what Im told. Im in discussions with another dealership hoping to source an early car WITH mageneride for me, Ill ask them about the communication and see what their take on it is. If I hear it from more than one place then it would point to there being some...
  18. UK order for 2019 Bullitt gone wrong....

Well, the plot thickens.... Ive been informed that on the 28th June, Ford wrote to all dealerships advising that ALL Bullitt oreders in Europe placed after 13th March have been paused or moved into a central dealer code. From what I am told, there has been such demand for the car that Ford...
  19. UK order for 2019 Bullitt gone wrong....

I've seen a window sticker for a car destined for France posted on this forum that shows no magneride. Also shown as an extra on the UK destined Bullitt posted here. I think my dealer just dropped the ball and now I'm screwed trying to find one with magneride or I have a car without the spec I...
  20. UK order for 2019 Bullitt gone wrong....

Sorry my apologies, I viewed on phone and it didn't display the window sticker. Viewed on desktop and it showed up fine. I shall ask my dealer what's going on...
