Most guy who import stangs in Switzerland will disable the sequential turn signal using modified wirings as they do not know about the ForScan option. So yours is probably modified by hardware.

Yes, had the same issue here. Try turning of the debug mode. Mine stalled always on reading the DSP. Once I got out of debug it worked just fine.
