I'm not sure what your issue is. I believe it could very well be tuning, but I never had a p2006 code. Only p2005 before the first revision and then a p2006 after it. I'm on the 2nd revision and everything seems great so far.
I'm not quite sure what I need to he looking for in the datalog to check honestly, but gauging by the type of torque I had under initial throttle when mine was stuck open to what the torque feels like now I would say it is working.
As far as I know the codes were not turned off. The voltage was fixed allowing them to function properly which in turn keeps the CEL from coming on. If you could simply tune out the IMRC'S then there would be no reason to buy lockouts.
i pulled my manifold due to them, I'm going to try to get a hold of someone and get some compensation. They cost me my time, I'm sure it took me longer to pull my manifold and check and redo wiring than it would for them to cut me a good e85 tune.
Hey guys, my tuning finally got straightened out. I just wanted to make sure before i finally got back on here. Alex sent me a new tune that caused my car to run much better but it did cause a 2006 code to throw like mentioned in some of the previous posts. I sent him the new logs and let him...
I don't feel that it's a vacuum issue or anything on my end personally. I feel that it's likely due to Alex's stuff not being up to date, but we'll see after i upload the tune i guess. You did see my post above talking about his software not being up to date right?
It would seem that the p2005 code is specific to the bank 2 imrc. So you'd likely have to still do the lockouts, however I really believe the issue was with programmer not being properly set up, but we'll see. We shouldn't have to lockout our imrc's if we are paying to have it tuned for them to...
"Hey there Ethan, I ran a software update on my sct software, some new parameters came up in the software and i made some changes with the help of jon lund Sr. To ensure that the changes were appropriate.
Try this tune and let us know how she goes. Idle, slow revs, WOT please."
I just...
I'm curious do you have a vacuum line routed to the IMRC solenoid (the solenoid with the blue plug on top of the manifold). I routed the one from the air intake to the solenoid like the DIY, but another guy I talked to didn't do that because his was a 15 model and didn't use the port from the...
I reworked all of my electrical wiring even though it appeared correct according to the guide on the DIY section and another electrical schematic that someone sent me. I'm not sure what could be causing my issue now other than something in the tune. I'm going to do a log and send it to Lund...
Are you having hesitation issues? Mine feels like it's misfiring some under light throttle generally right at 2k rpms, but probably 1800-2600 rpm in general. I never have it happen with heavy throttle or past those rpms.
