  5. Virginia OEM Suspension from GT (CS / base GT)

Got my Christmas tree stand out of storage and saw I still have this stuff. Whoever wants it come get it for free. I'm not going to ship it. It would be less hassle for me to just chuck it in the trash, but I feel bad doing that since this is all perfectly good stuff.

  9. Virginia OEM Suspension from GT (CS / base GT)

No, I had it done. But a used car dealer didn't need to know who installed it. I told them it was a suspension package that a dealer could install when you bought the car, and that my car had that suspension package. Ended up selling it to a local dealer for a couple thousand more anyways. IDK...
  10. Virginia OEM Suspension from GT (CS / base GT)

Yeah I def looked at Steeda and worked with their reps. They built out a when package and were very helpful. I went with the Ford set up primarily due to price, it was a few hundred dollars cheaper. Plus when it came time to sell the car Ford parts don't count as aftermarket when selling it to...
  11. Virginia OEM Suspension from GT (CS / base GT)

I was super happy with the upgrade. 100% would chose street over track again. Performance was all there for street driving and it was more comfortable than the stock set up. Ford named them appropriately. If you're going to be doing most of your driving on the track, get the track. If most of...
  12. Virginia DiabloSport Trinity EX Tuner

Bump for this, still have it in my garage and the holley intech intake. Locals - PM me for a combo deal. I don't want to ship the intake since it's so big.

Bump Still free, $0, all I ask is that you pick it up.
  14. Mustang GT vs BMW M2 Competition

There are cars that are faster than the M2, like the GT500 and Teslas. Buuuut I like carving corners and shifting my own gears. Tight backroads in VA favor smaller cars.
  15. Mustang GT vs BMW M2 Competition

Sounds like the M4 you drove had a detailer that went overboard with cleaners (may or may not have done this to a car of mine many years ago), because my M2 buttons feel perfectly crisp and new. Not quite as good as a new Porsche, but very close. Tactile feel aside, I do like the interior...
  16. Mustang GT vs BMW M2 Competition

Love the 1 series, congrats! The M2 has electric power steering which I will admit is one of the weaker points in the car. Nothing beats hydraulic for feel. Some cars with electric feel good like the GT350 and the modern Porsches. I just couldn't get my GT quite to that level, though the...
  17. Mustang GT vs BMW M2 Competition

As the OP and author of said title it's simply a comparison, primarily written for other car enthusiasts. One car isn't better than the other in all situations. I outlined my situation and why I determined the M2C was the car for me. I always used to read this section of the forum and wanted to...
  18. Mustang GT vs BMW M2 Competition

About the same, but being 5'10" and 170 I find that every vehicle fits me fine - perks of being average! The seats on the M2C have adjustable bolsters so you could make them wide or squeeze you tight. I have the sunroof on mine which lowers headroom a bit, but I think even with that it's...
  19. Mustang GT vs BMW M2 Competition

The 991 is about the only car I could imagine replacing my M2C with. Either Carerra T or S would be exactly what I choose (unless I stumble into GT3 money lol). C8 also is nuts; so much performance! I would say yes to your question; the Mustang and M2C are quite similar in many aspects. They...
