Thanks for your reply, I went to the dealership today and test drove a 2019 Eco A10. The problem occurs on that car as well, just not as bad as mine, so I guess this is the nature of this trans and ill just have to accept it...

Thanks! I was following this thread since it was posted. But seems like no one jerk from third to first gear, that makes me wonder if my trans is normal although the dealer said it is.

Mine did the same, for manual, it kicks in when the RPM drops to around 1200rpm to help the car not to stall. This is common for a manual car. And the kicks and jerks happen when I released the throttle in first gear, it is also normal for a manual car.
