breeves002 - It is a shutter. You can see and hear it when the high beams are activated. You're welcome to check it out in person if you need to poke around at anything.

^^ this. I have a 2018 premium with the performance package. Hindsight being 20/20, i wish i would have gotten the 401...oh well From what I can tell all i need is the actual cluster, and it should be a direct plug and play swap for me, correct?
