Nope. Stainless Works. I have about 30,000 miles on them. This is the first time I have seen this problem. I had the shop weld up the flange since I didn't have time to send them back to the manufacture to see if they would warranty them.
Started hearing an exhaust leak on my GT350. Took it into the shop and this is what was found. Both headers were leaking at the flange. I'm not sure why this would happen. Bad welds? These are not cheap Ebay headers so I would have expected not having this issue for the money spent.
I have this problem with mine and unfortunately it is very sporadic. Ford was absolutely no help when I took it in because it wasn't doing it at the time so they said that it couldn't be diagnosed. The f150 guy's have had the same issue. If you pop a CD in and eject it you will get the stereo...
I have Stainless Works headers with the CATS deleted and the rest of the exhaust is stock. Not quite what you are looking for but I wouldn't think it would be much different. Car is loud with the muffler valves open but sounds stock when in quiet mode.
I was at the race on Sunday. It was really cool to see the GT4 Mustangs in person. It was a great race with lots of action. The Mustang team also had a FP350S in the pits that was an awesome machine.
I was having the same issue before I bought my GT350. I was looking at a 2017 premium PP GT for $36,000 and a 2016 Tech Pack GT350 for $46,000. The 2017 seamed like a better value until I added up all the cost it would take to get to the level of a GT350 which is what I really wanted. The Coyote...
2016 tech pack owner here. Same issue. My car has Stainless Works headers and others have suggested that it is from week motor mounts causing the motor to shift and getting a vibration / rubbing when turning.
