Has anybody received an answer yet for installing the UPR Catch Can on a Procharged 15-17 Mustang GT with a 2018 intake and lockouts?
I’m getting ready to install the UPR Catch Can, 2018 intake and MMR lockouts on my Procharged 2017.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Jack
You guys are right.
I do need to drive it more.
My car has a Stage 2 Procharger kit that I installed when it was new and it runs great.
The problem is I have been out of town for work so much that it just sits in the garage.
I will have more time finally.
Thank you for all the replies.
I pulled the battery out if my Fiesta ST and put into the Mustang GT and it started right up.
I’ll get a new one at the ford dealership tomorrow.
I get a pretty big discount there through my friends body shop.
Thank you for helping.
I was freaking out because I...
Hi Guys,
I am trying to figure out what went wrong with my Mustang.
I have a 2017 Mustang GT with about 5,000 miles.
I don’t drive it that much and it’s parked in my garage with a battery tender hooked up.
It never goes out in the winter and my garage is heated.
The last time I drove it was...
Very True Solar.
My car has 355:1 gears and first gear is useless.
The second you hammer it, it roasts the tires.
I feel the new P1X has more mid range and better throttle response compared to the P1SC.
Hi fellow gear heads,
I know this is a really old thread that I am resurrecting, but I actually just saw it today.
So I thought I would add to it and maybe help someone that is on the fence to make their decision a little easier.
I have a daily driven 2017 Mustang GT Premuim with a 6 speed...
Would this flange have a tighter tolerance?
I have the same issue with my 2017 GT non performance pack car.
vibrates at around 60.

I am working on a Gen 2 5.0 Coyote that had the heads off.
The heads were ported and reassembled.
My question is do you just follow the typical Ford timing procedure on this link?

Do we start with the drivers side, line up the blue...
Good question. I really don’t see why Ford would use a 2 piece driveshaft in the first place.
The driveshaft is so short that you would think a one piece would work better.
Thanks for the great find John. That makes perfect sense.
My driveshaft was just replaced and it really reduced the vibration considerably.
It’s still there but it really does come and go. It seems worse when it’s cold and gets better after you drive for 15 minutes or so.
I have a 4 post...
This is what the dealership should do. Just replacing the driveshaft doesn’t always work because the imbalance can be in other parts of the driveline.
Check it out. It’s pretty cool.
Thanks so much for the information ctheproducer. I appreciate it.
I really love the GT and would like to get it fixed. Your post gave me some hope.
Thanks again
