Whipple not because of the sound because the new gen 3 is dead silent. But because the power is plenty and instant always there no matter which gear, driveability is also better than stock. 4th gear pulls 50-100 are insane
No feeling exactly the same, logs are just way nicer to look at. It is still hesitating a bit, especially when i do the first pull after the car warmed up.
When i roll into it easy up to 3000-3500rpm then stab it there`s no lag just pulls.
With the knock limiting on my logs showed up to 3 degrees positive knock and Hardly any negative knock. Now with it off, no positive knock and shows 3-4 degrees negative every time im beating on it.
Not the GT350 but a roush: https://nemesisuk.com/collections/mustang-2015on-5-0l-gt-styling-exterior/products/mustang-2015on-rear-quad-exhaust-valance-for-reverse-sensors-roush-421919
Just installed the stg2 gen3 no driveability issues at all. So smooth through the entire rev range. Did a 5th gear pull today from around 40-150 just pulls and pulls so clean and effortless. Don’t let this thread turn you away from the whipple it really sucks for the guys with the issues in this...
i don’t Think you need to worry about a bigger pulley, when i drive normal it feels stock. Just tell her to be gentle with the throttle or Else she’s in for some serious fun and you Will never get your car back :amen:
It’s tugged away in a garage on the west coast for the winter:thumbdown::thumbdown:
But i will be going to Copenhagen in march or april, can give you a heads up when i know which weekend were going. Maybe we can have a meet outside Greenpeace HQ:welcome: :D
You can but will end up Being more expensive, i ended up with stg2 after going through the entire internet. Your only regret Will be why you didn’t do it sooner.
