I have one dealer down to 5K over for a base and 2 at 7500 over for a base - all for doing a custom order- trying to decide if I should wait longer or is this the best you can get?
I have gotten leads on a few CFTP at MSRP- but just not in my budget with all the other toys

I have a 19 gt with the a10. I have been strictly manual only before this car. A little jerky the first 1000 miles while it learns
Now it is awesome! I can blip the throttle while moving and it does a Rev matched dkwnshift....drag mode is insane... I have a buddy that owns exotics and he even...
I just drop mine off at the dealer every 5k miles or 1 year whatever comes first for an oil change. Here the dealer is cheaper than the quick oil change places and bonus I get to check out the Mustangs on the lots while I'm waiting with my free doughnuts lol
I'm going to give horrible financial advise.
If you can afford it who cares....unless you only plan on keeping it a few years.
As long as your not paying over msrp on the new car.
I'm probably going to spend 5 or 10k over sticker on a gt500 soon but if you have seen the other thread on here...
As someone who is fighting incurable bone marrow cancer... F@CK CANCER
Mine is slow growing so according to average time people live with it I have about 12 years left
Life is short. Enjoy the ride. If I lost 80% of my value on my car in the first 2 years I wouldn't give damn.
Well OP
I owned a 67 Shelby GT500 for about 20 years that I drove almost every weekend for most of those 20 years ....so here is the thing
I decided that I would just budget out a few grand and every 5 years or so I would repaint the front lower valance, hood, and have the paint shop take...
So part of my job is to study driving habits- work in the automotive aftermarket and miles driven has a direct correlation to sales (parts cant break if people dont drive)
So....what we have found- millennials are starting to drive and with the pandemic it has pushed many out into the suburbs...
I had a 67 Shelby GT500 for about 20 years- cant modify it- cant leave it parked anywhere- cant push it too hard (original motor) - and a 56 Ford Victoria with a built 428CJ (had a 4 page spread in Street Rodder Magazine in 2015)
Then I got diagnosed with incurable bone marrow cancer and was...
I work in the automotive aftermarket- typically they will only sponsor if you go to multiple national events all over the country- or if you have access to get your car into SEMA- then that usually does it right there.....
If you just drive around and hit up local shows- usually they are not...
Want catless big cams exc- buy a 65 Mustang Coyote swap it and go to work ...for the 40K we are spending on new Mustangs you could build a pretty nice car

I believe the other Dad got his son an Eco Boost- not a GT
I can support an Eco Boost if left stock - still a quick car but no where near as dangerous as a GT for an inexperienced driver
Did you accidently hit the ejection button? surprised it didnt throw you out like it supposed to. You should definitely have your ejection button checked out
Damn Vroom was way higher for me vs. Carvana - not even close 19 GT PP1 301A nav and active exhaust with 8K miles - Carvana was 32300 - Vroom was 37800... 37800 is damn tempting but no idea what I would buy - I put aftermarket spring and wheels tires- makes me think maybe could get 40 for it...
Wife has a 2020 Explorer with 30K miles on it all ready- we bought in Oct of 2019 so one of the very first ones built....it has been rock solid with no problems for all 30K miles ....my wife absolutely loves driving it - we have a fully loaded XLT- leather/ panel roof/ adaptive steering/ AWD...
