I did the install today. Everything went as advertised. Instead of just sitting in the garage, I took a leisurely drive through some of the back roads in the area. Shut the radio and AC off (nice fall day) and just listened to the exhaust. Before I knew it, the install was complete.

I just got through reading through this thread. Thanks for posting a lot of good information. I have an '18 Mustang. I did the nav download last night, and I'll do the install this weekend. Too bad there's no way around running the car for an hour while installing the update. Oh well.......

Since your car was built toward the end of "Job 1" and you're not having a problem, maybe it will end up being just a few of the early "Job 2" cars. Thanks for the info. :cheers:

Mine too seemed to be random; however, I discovered today that when I save "track" as the exhaust mode in "My Mode", the error message appears pretty soon thereafter and then exhaust shows as "inactive" in "My Mode" until the next time I start the car. Thanks for replying, and again, I'll post...

Thanks guys. I talked with my dealer this morning. Apparently this is not a "known issue", and there's no TSB. I'm going to take it in for "diagnosis." Once it's repaired, I'll post the fix.

My car is the same as your friend's, GT premium 10A 401a. I had a status update today, 26 days to delivery (12/20/17). Also, my window sticker has the "vehicle not for sale" water-stamp and no EPA info. I think on or before the build date (12/4), the water-stamp will be removed, and the EPA...

This is how my order has gone thus far: ordered 8/17/18, VIN 10/19/17, in production 11/22/17, window sticker 11/23/17, blend date 12/4/17. I don’t have a delivery date, but I’m guessing sometime during the week of 12/18/17.

Some dealers use the same order number for multiple orders. You'll need your VIN to use Cotus, and you'll have to get your VIN from your dealer. My VIN took 2 months to show up. A more normal time frame would be around 3 weeks. Good luck!

That's interesting. Coincidentally, I "chatted" online today with a Ford rep about getting the 2018 brochure. She told me it wasn't available yet, but she would put my name on a list and send me one as soon as it becomes available. :shrug:

Right. As you know, Cotus should give us our window stickers, but if it quits working again, the above link is a good alternative for getting our window stickers.
