My dealer has been instructed not to wash anything and also not to remove any shipping plastic. they are to do mechanical "PDI" only.

Can anyone help. I follow this order exactly and my wanted sig pic is below allowed size and yet no pic shows. Am I missing something to allow this........ Do they have to get approved or something before they can be seen as I can see it in preview in the sig control panel.??? Tia, Steve
