Great observations....I had FORGOTTEN about the center console design.....it is AWFUL....you have to be a contortionist to access the micro storage area. Mustang is hands down better there to be sure!
Thanks!

Price with Power Pack
Anyone know what the up charge is for these wheels if you are ordering the power pack? Is it the $795? Or is that the option price on a stand alone basis? I could ask the dealer again I guess, but I was trying not to bug him until I was ready to order....
647 wheels nice enough to delay my order also!
I agree 100%....It is my opinion that these are the best wheel, and I just do not like the Spider web designs of the others....or black...but I am old school! 19's are just right for me also. Not as fragile as 20's, a little better ride quality...
You may well be right, but I had seen no notifications from others, and it is not on the website yet.....so I just wanted to confirm it with a dealer! thanks!
Thanks! I updated the post for two things I forgot about: 1) the truck ventilation system vents, and the sunroof! My car had big tires and rubber....they looked like maybe 20’s? But I must have had different rubber....tire noise was ok except for poor road surfaces. Thanks!
My dealer just confirmed that the new 5 spoke 19" wheels, which were marked for "Late Availability" can now be ordered. I think they are the best looking wheels going!
Long time Mustang Owner, including 2015 Anniversary Mustang GT most recently. Drove a 2017 Camaro RS V6 from Dallas to Houston Sunday. Car was an Enterprise rental. I needed to drop a car in Houston and drive another one back, so a one way rental made sense and Enterprise made it easy.

And with very nearly 500hp in a mustang GT, it doesn’t bother me to have both hands on the steering wheel, and paddle shifters make that possible!! :)
Well I was probably not clear but I always thought a dial or some type of selector would be accompanied by paddles or some other way to change gears manually!!
I have not tried this one, but Consumer Reports pointed it out as being one of the best of the rotary type designs.....While CR is obviously not my most important arbiter of things automotive , they do point out this is at least safe and much better than most of other types being used today...
Good Morning Norm!
I don't agree with all of the "rapid technological change" but it is here to stay. As I have said, you (we!) don't have to like it, but the pace of change is likely to continue to accelerate from today, at least in my humble opinion. I think the user interfaces will...
I had a friend who I asked if he used an alarm to wake up in the morning, and he said "no, i always hear my wife scraping the black off of my toast". :)
But I digress....looks like the poll is currently running about 3-2 in favor of keeping a stick style shifter for the auto....and some people...
One thing I really like about paddle shifters is when you are really pushing the car, you have both hands on the wheel....I may be sounding wimpy with this, but with the car’s horsepower today, I kind of like that also!
I did NOT know that....I was incorrect, and changed the original post. Thank you. I still think it would be better without the large shifter, and engaged electronically like many new cars today....especially when you have paddle shifters.....so the question remains, "do you like it the way it...
Is it just me, or does the Shifter look goofy now? I mean I thought it was electronically activated with sensors, (but it has been pointed out to me by another forum member that it is indeed connected with linkage, much to my surprise!) .....Modern cars seem to have done away with the unsightly...
